Delivery information

Delivery:

• We aim to dispatch goods within 72 hours of receipt of order, but ask that you allow 10 working days in case of delayed delivery.

• Time for delivery is given as accurately as possible but is not guaranteed.

• If a third party is involved for delivery the responsibility lies with the courier.

Up to 750 grams Large letter£3.20 Royal mail

Up to 1 KG small parcel £5.30 Royal mail

For Parcels over 2 Kg please confirm shipping charges by emailing essencesystemology@gmail.com

Returns and exchanges:

• If you wish to return an item, please contact us immediately so we can document the return, please make sure that you obtain proof of carriage from the carrier.

• Due to the nature of the products Essence Systemology provides we can only exchange unopened/ unused goods.

• If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund.

• If for some reason the product is faulty or damaged in transit, Essence Systemology will replace the damaged product only after a review of the item, we appreciate your contact as it helps us review our packaging or delivery systems.

• Exchanges and refunds are granted on a case by case basis.

Overseas delivery:

• Other countries for delivery at present are Australia and Canada postage starts at £14.50 for up to 4 products in one package
